A Top Employer

MHS has been named to the 2009 Top 50 Employers List by HBCU Connect.com, the website of Historically Black Colleges and Universities.

This is the first year for the HBCU Connect list, which also is published in the magazine HBCU Connect. MHS ranked No. 7 on the list, which recognizes employers who support HBCU schools through student and alumni recruitment and support of the organization.

MHS is a "Featured Employer" on HBCU Connect.com and regularly posts job openings on the site. The School also reaches out to alumni through e-mail blasts about job opportunities.

Joining MHS on the Top 50 list are companies and organizations that include McGraw-Hill Companies, State Farm Insurance, the U.S. State Department, and Merck & Co.
