Vacation - 12 month employees only
- Eligible employees may receive up to 12 days of vacation to start. Vacation schedule increases with years of service.

Athletic Club & Wellness Program
- Eligible employees with approval may use the following MHS Athletic facilities free of charge: indoor/outdoor track, tennis, volley and basketball courts, soccer, baseball, and softball fields, swimming pool, fitness room, and ice skating rink. The School supports employees' healthy lifestyles by providing corporate rates to several local fitness clubs and by providing partial reimbursement for any yearly fitness club membership.

EAP Program
- Company-sponsored benefit designed to improve the personal and professional lives of employees and their families. Telephone counseling 24 hours a day 7 days a week and up to 3 in office sessions with a provider.
